Yes. The dock is great for jumping, and the water is over your head on every side of it. There's a small shallow sandy spot where kids can wade, but it drops off quickly, so keep a close eye on non swimmers everywhere along the shore. Please wear a life jacket whenever you're out in the kayaks, canoe or on the paddleboard.
Yes. Dogs are welcome at the cottage and on the Back 40 trails. Please pick up after them, and watch for porcupines and bears in the woods.
Yes. The cottage has air conditioning for hot summer days and heat for the cooler seasons.
Yes, in both the cottage and the boathouse. There's Bell Fibe TV and a smart TV with a guest Netflix account, and you're welcome to sign in to your own streaming services.

We provide bath and beach towels, firewood for the fireplace, dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, coffee filters and a few Nespresso pods to get you started. Bring your food, drinks and toiletries.
There's no pickup, so please take your garbage and recycling to the Parry Sound dump when you leave. There's no compost. Keep garbage in the latched green bin by the woodshed so animals can't get into it.
The cottage is on a septic system, so only toilet paper goes in the toilets, and please keep food and coffee grounds out of the drains.
Yes, this is bear country, and we've seen bears on our property and our neighbours'. Be cautious in the woods and at night, and keep the garbage bin latched. Ontario's Bear Wise page has good tips.
You're welcome to use the wood burning fireplace inside. Outdoor fires are never allowed during a fire ban; check the Township of Seguin fire rating before lighting one.
No parties or events, no smoking indoors, no food or drinks in the bedrooms, and no illegal substances. The lake has a noise curfew of 11 pm, so please respect the neighbours.
